1.膀胱癌发生与发展的分子机制。重点研究CDKN2AB基因丢失在膀胱癌发生过程的作用及其分子机制。
2.结直肠癌的发生与发展的分子机制。重点研究APOBEC1高表达在结直肠癌发生过程中的作用及分子机制。
3.具有抑癌活性的新型化合物的筛选及抑癌药理机制研究。
4.与人类重大疾病密切相关的酶与酶制剂的开发。
